We have worked with dozens of “first-time” buyers and move-up buyers so which ever you are, we are here to assist you.
Below are several links that you are free to use that might be of great assistance.

The first link is a podcast that Bob Wiley did in December of 2016. In this episode, Alicia Dibrell interviews Bob Wiley, team leader at The Wiley Group of Keller Williams Legacy Metropolitan serving Baltimore and the surrounding counties. In addition to helping all price ranges of buyers and sellers, his team is a member of the KW Luxury Division in selling homes in the $500K range and above. On this podcast, Bob will be educating first-time home buyers on everything they need to know when taking on the biggest transaction of their life.

Deciding how much house you can afford

This next is the fun part. Make a list of items you would to include in your new home. Remember, this list should include “Must haves” and “Like to haves”.
Things you know you have to have like 3-4 Bedrooms. Or, 2 Full baths. Don’t be too concerned with things like a Hardwood floor in the Dining Room. That can always be added to the home at a later time. Structural items are not easily changed and location can’t be changed at all.

Creating your home wishlist

As part of your wish list, Location will certainly be an important factor. Here are some things to consider when deciding on the location.
